By accessing or using the StayRata platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to register as a travel agent, travel agency, or resort partner on StayRata.
You agree to use the search, booking, and communication features of StayRata only for their intended business purposes. Any misuse, fraud, or violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
Bookings made through StayRata are binding once confirmed. Partial payments, full payments, and commissions are handled between agents and resorts as per the agreed terms on the platform.
StayRata reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abusive behaviour.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
